Material Coordination Specialist

The primary function of the Supply Base Leading Hand is to ensure seamless and efficient material handling and coordination throughout the facility.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team in accurately receiving and timely processing all incoming goods, overseeing their proper storage, documentation, and movement within the facility.
- Verify that materials scheduled for vessel loading match relevant shipping documents and manifests, identifying discrepancies as needed and implementing resolutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members, particularly those working in the pipe yard and warehouse, by sharing essential knowledge and skills.
- Act as a key point of contact for ad hoc maintenance and operational tasks.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Possession of a High Risk Work License in Forklift (mandatory).
- Preferred Dogman License.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
