We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team in Rowville, Victoria. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily and cyclical purchasing activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and balance supply risk and customer demand.
  • Use ERP and Excel for purchasing and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding and manage supplier relationships to support national procurement strategies and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (highly desirable).
  • Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to learn technical product and system knowledge.
  • Financial acumen and sound decision-making.
