Key Responsibilities:- Customer Success Management: Develop and execute tailored adoption plans to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into their workflows.
- Metric Tracking and Improvement: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators along the customer journey.
- Strategic Adoption: Drive growth and retention by identifying expansion opportunities and mitigating churn risks.
- Customer Advocacy: Build strong relationships with customers, advocating for their needs and priorities.
- Continuous Engagement: Deliver value at every touchpoint through proactive check-ins, success planning, and education strategies.
- Operational Blockers: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Feedback Insights: Gather and share insights to influence product development and feature prioritization.
- 2-4+ years of experience in customer success or a related field at a SaaS company.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort navigating fast-paced environments.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical workflows is desirable but not required.
