About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Redpath Partners. As a key member of our property administration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our shopping centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Drive financial success by managing rent collection, arrears, and tenancy schedules with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Annual Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss reporting to support the centre's financial performance.
  • Tenant Relationships: Build strong relationships with tenants, ensuring smooth lease management, billing, and reconciliations.
  • Carpark Operations: Oversee carpark operations and casual bookings to maximize income opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain operational excellence through efficient accounts payable, reporting, and general office duties.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Extensive administrative experience, ideally in the retail property sector or similar environment.
  • Tenancy Rent Management: Strong knowledge of tenancy rent management and collection.
  • Data Handling: High level of accuracy in data handling and interpretation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management abilities.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
