Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Automation Professional to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for industrial control systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI programming, and experience with industrial Ethernet networks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Maintain internal database of call information using a sales force application
  • Conduct technical research, testing, and recreate customer issues using actual equipment and configurations
  • Train and document new products, update existing documentation as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting/start-up experience
  • HMI programming and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting Windows to industrial Ethernet network
  • Desirable: Communications experience with various industry networking solutions, experience with AC servo, Variable frequency drives, and stepper systems products

Working Environment

We work in a collaborative team environment, serving customers from our office location. No travel is required for this position, and we do not require overnight or weekend work.
