Technical Documentation Specialist Role

This position requires an individual with mechanical knowledge and experience in technical documentation. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will collaborate with technical staff to develop product information and communicate complex technical details to customers.

  • Develop comprehensive technical documents, including product manuals and guides.
  • Write informative content on product features and specifications.
  • Communicate technical information to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Advanced degree in a technical or engineering field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in technical documentation or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of government regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software, including Autodesk Inventor.

A background in the manufacturing industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
