Implementation Manager, Australia Payroll Specialist

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Rippling's Global Implementation team as a foundational member of our APAC team. As an Implementation Manager, you will work with customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's global products.
Key Responsibilities- Work one-on-one with clients to accurately interpret modern awards or enterprise agreements during and after implementation.
- Partner with Implementation, Sales, and Support teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout their customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues and provide feedback on product enhancements related to Australia compliance laws and best practices.
- Maintain in-product templates for standard Modern Awards configurations.
- Track ongoing updates to Australian labour laws and ensure Rippling's product remains on the cutting edge of those changes, and help communicate those changes to customers.
- Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices in Rippling for customers and prospects.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, ideally at a company in the HCM or Payroll space.
- 3+ years of demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements, particularly modern awards and enterprise agreements.
- Proven track record of success managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Stellar communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience.
- A passion for building relationships and a deep commitment to driving an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail, excellent work product, time management, and project execution.
- Excellent client-facing verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking skills, a growth mindset, and a desire to continuously improve.
The Global Implementation team is a new addition to Rippling's Implementation family, with several Implementation Managers located in the US. We're excited to expand into new locations globally and collaborate closely with account executives, engineers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve our products and ensure our clients receive a stellar product and end-to-end Rippling experience.
