We are a leading provider of financial services, and this is an exciting time to be part of our team with lots of change and growth happening.

About the Role

This role will report into the Head of HR Operations, with the bulk of your time being spent working on a huge HRIS implementation project. You will also need to be hands-on with other BAU tasks and supporting the payroll team. With a global presence, we strive to make a positive impact on our employees, customers, and communities.

About You

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have extensive experience with HRIS and/or Payroll Implementation, as well as being adaptable and keen to help out across the whole HR Operations function when needed. You will have a good eye for detail, strong stakeholder management, and a project management mentality.

Requirements
  • HRIS/Payroll Implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Payroll
  • Flexible to join meetings till 7pm
  • Available to commit for the full length of contract
