About Rippling

Rippling is a pioneering platform that enables businesses to manage all aspects of their HR and IT functions—including payroll, benefits, hardware, applications, and more—through a single, cohesive workforce management system.

By integrating every business system into one reliable source of employee data, companies can automate the traditionally manual tasks associated with employee management. For instance, with Rippling, setting up a new employee's payroll, health insurance, work equipment, and essential applications can be accomplished in just 90 seconds.

Headquartered in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has successfully secured $1.4 billion in funding from leading investors, including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Bedrock, and Greenoaks. The company has also been recognized by Forbes as one of America's top startup employers.

About The Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to become a key member of Rippling's Global Implementation team, specifically within the APAC region.

Implementation is a critical differentiator for Rippling. As a dedicated Implementation Manager, you will collaborate with clients across various sectors to implement and promote the use of Rippling's global offerings. Your extensive expertise will be paired with a thorough understanding of Rippling's products and a strong dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Each team member is encouraged to undertake independent projects and showcase their unique strengths, from product knowledge to client engagement. Your contributions will guarantee that our clients experience a smooth implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients to accurately interpret modern awards or enterprise agreements (EBAs) during and after the implementation phase.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Sales, and Support teams to ensure that customer requirements are met throughout their journey.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback on product improvements related to Australian compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain in-product templates for standard configurations of Modern Awards.
  • Monitor updates to Australian labor laws and ensure that Rippling's offerings remain compliant, while effectively communicating these changes to clients.
  • Assist in developing and documenting processes and best practices for both customers and prospects.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the HCM or Payroll sectors.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated knowledge of Australian labor laws and payroll requirements, particularly regarding modern awards and enterprise agreements.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • A strong passion for relationship-building and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
  • Critical thinking abilities, a growth mindset, and a desire for continuous improvement.

About The Team

The Global Implementation team is the latest addition to Rippling's Implementation family. Currently, the team consists of several Implementation Managers based in the US, and we are excited to expand our presence globally. Our Implementation department includes over 100 team members from diverse backgrounds across two continents, collaborating closely with account executives, engineers, and other stakeholders to enhance our products and ensure clients receive a comprehensive Rippling experience.
