Tender Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Tender Coordinator to join our Engineering & Construction Division, supporting the National Contract Manager.
This integral position will entail working with a cohesive team who are directly impacting the business's success every day.
The role offers flexible working hours on a permanent part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate input from subject matter experts for the effective compilation of tenders and proposals, in line with deadlines.
- Maintain records on the server and coordinate accesses and authorities, as well as update and maintain registers.
- Maintain tender files and audit completeness of approvals and handover.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems.
- Provide team administration support as required.
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with all levels of stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and do what is required to get the job done.
- A strong team mentality as well as the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail, to accurately prepare and review content.
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or another related field is desirable, not essential.
- Capability to adapt to change, work well under pressure, and persist toward goals despite obstacles.
- Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload.
- Self-motivated, career-driven, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
