We are seeking a skilled Tendering Engineer to join our teams in Paris, supporting our tender/project teams and the wider business on all estimating matters and the development of estimating/costing systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of assigned proposals/offers within time, budget, and quality constraints, adhering to tendering procedures and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams, project managers, technical teams, estimating departments, finance, and legal departments.
- Develop plans for tender process activities to achieve targets and streamline tender processes.
- Coordinate high-quality responses to tender documents, qualification documents, sales documentation, and publication.
- Facilitate the transfer of projects to project managers.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in business or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the Oil&Gas industry.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Well-developed negotiation skills.
- Proactive and driving force to make projects progress.
- C1 level of English and French (written and oral).
- Strong experience in an international environment.
