We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for growth and performance marketing to join our team in Parramatta.

This role focuses on optimizing digital campaigns, driving lead generation, and scaling our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for executing data-driven strategies that enhance our digital presence, increase conversions, and contribute directly to business growth.

Your typical work week involves managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn while effectively managing budgets to optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead).
  • Maintaining the website and intranet to ensure a smooth user experience and alignment with business goals.
  • Setting up automated client journey touchpoints to enhance engagement and improve customer retention.
  • Analysing SEO performance and making data-driven recommendations to the content team to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team to activate paid ads aligned with recruitment strategies.
  • Developing landing pages that ensure a seamless user experience and drive conversions.
  • Liaising with our Graphic Designer and content creators to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

The essentials

  • Hands-on experience and confidence to set up sophisticated ad campaigns and sales funnels on platforms like Google and Meta without an agency.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to inform and optimise decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the disability or aged care sector is preferred but not essential.
