Your mission will be to set the tone for design at indi, working closely with our technical expert to create seamless, human-centered interactions that empower parents and clinicians to provide the best possible care for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define feature areas that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction through user-centric design thinking.
  • Embed scalable processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all products.
  • Shape the experience direction of indi, rooted in deep user empathy and driven by a passion for designing trust into every interaction.
Requirements
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and the ability to design for both emotion and function.
  • Ability to prototype in code or rapidly prototype in no-code.
  • Startup DNA, with a resourceful and adaptable approach to execution speed and thoughtful design.
  • User-centric design expertise, with a focus on prototyping, collaboration, and experience in health or education sectors.
