Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a seasoned product designer to contribute to the future of our digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be a key member of our design team, working closely with design managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to thoroughly understand all requirements and objectives.

  • Lead user research and apply insights to design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain foundational design system components for visual and functional consistency.
  • Design intuitive and engaging user interactions, including micro-interactions and animations.
  • Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Improve design tooling, handoff processes, and documentation to increase team velocity and design quality.
Your Qualifications

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills, preferably with design system support.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, with experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with a passion for exceptional user experiences.
