About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and personable Private Client Adviser to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a nationally respected firm, renowned for its commitment to client success, professional excellence, and team collaboration.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-calibre clients by providing tailored, strategic financial advice.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, professional referrers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth and direction of the business.
  • Lead the delivery of advice strategies from development through to implementation, ensuring compliance and high standards at every stage.
  • Play an active role in mentoring, coaching, and supporting the development of team members.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic capability, strong relationship management skills and a genuine passion for supporting clients. They will have:

  • Certified Financial Planner designation and Authorised Representative status.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, technically sound advice with a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategies and build strong relationships.
  • High level of self-motivation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen with a drive to identify opportunities and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.
  • Experience with financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
