Job Description

The role of Salaried Financial Advisor involves providing exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.


Responsibilities include processing cases, dealing with complex queries, and investigating and resolving customer problems.


Additionally, the successful candidate will analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional in nature.


They will also receive visitors, assist with various requests for information, and refer more complex matters to colleagues.


Furthermore, the Salaried Financial Advisor will schedule follow-up actions, enter relevant information into the CRM system, and create a call plan to ensure effective customer retention and business development activities.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing quality service to customers
  • Analyzing problems and finding solutions
  • Receiving visitors and assisting with requests
  • Scheduling follow-up actions and entering data into the CRM system

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:


  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • A valid driver's license and own car
  • FAIS compliance
  • A clear criminal and credit check
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Presentation skills an added advantage
  • Education: NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent
