Finance Business Partner Job Description

The Finance Business Partner is a key role in supporting the senior business stakeholders in redefining the finance function. As a trusted financial advisor, you will work closely with the business to operationalise insights and recommendations from finance and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities include providing management accounting and strategic support, analysing financial data, and developing reports to inform business decisions.

You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating complex financial information effectively, and identifying areas for improvement.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification at degree level
  • Membership of a recognised professional accounting association (at member or associate level)
  • Relevant skills, knowledge, and experience in finance systems and analytics
