Key responsibilities include offering customer-centric service, identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention, analyzing complex problems and issues to find solutions, receiving visitors and assisting with requests for information, referring complex matters to colleagues when necessary, scheduling follow-up actions and entering relevant information into the CRM system, and developing strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • Grade 12 (Matric) as a minimum requirement.
  • A valid driver's license and own car are essential for this position.
  • Compliance with FAIS regulations is crucial.
  • A clear criminal and credit check is required.
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in sales, is expected.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount.
  • Presentation skills are an added advantage.
