This role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and schedules with precision.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing efficiently.
  • Utilise expertise in allied health to facilitate efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals and uphold service excellence standards.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and inviting.
About You

  • Has prior experience in administration within the allied health or medical sector (an advantage).
  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanour.
  • Is proficient with computer systems and software (experience with medical/health software is an advantage).
