Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and despatch processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, fostering clear communication with colleagues and logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

You will be responsible for delivering reliable administrative support, helping the team meet customer commitments and maintain high operational standards.

Additionally, you will maintain stock levels for lath, dunnage, feedstock, and consumables to prevent operational interruptions, process orders, backorders, and overweight loads without errors, and ensure timely delivery.

As a member of our team, you will demonstrate a 'be of service' attitude in all interactions, supporting strong working relationships and high-quality deliverables.

  • Experience or knowledge of warehouse/despatch operations, inventory control, and freight documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level, with the ability to quickly learn new business systems.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills to address stock, order, or despatch challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues, production teams, and logistics partners.
