Job Title: Operations Coordinator

The role of the Operations Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination and execution of dispatch, stock, and order processes to optimize operational efficiency.

Maintaining accurate records, fostering clear communication, and adhering to established company procedures are crucial for uninterrupted workflow between production, customers, and logistics partners.

Delivering reliable administrative support enables the team to meet customer commitments and uphold high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of dispatch processes, along with maintaining all necessary records to required standards.
  • Maintaining optimal stock levels for lath, dunnage, feedstock, and consumables to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Processing orders, backorders, and overweight loads without errors, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Accurately maintaining databases, including timesheets, to support error-free records.
  • SUPPORTING purchasing, receipting, and staff sales, meeting business and customer needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level, is mandatory.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in all tasks are essential for success in this role.
