Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee and optimize our capital order fulfillment processes across ANZ in the healthcare sector.

About This Role

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in supply chain operations, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven expertise in inventory control, logistics, purchasing and forecasting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory planning for capital orders through S&OP processes
  • Drive improvements in inventory management and stock movement coordination
  • Manage ERP inventory tasks: SOH checks, ISOs, redeployments, reservations and scheduling
  • Oversee reconciliation of capital inventory with 3PL and conduct stock takes
  • Presentation of capital inventory reports at monthly Executive S&OP meetings
  • Review and status updates of all capital orders
  • Collaboration with customer service and project managers on critical installations
  • Management of inbound and outbound logistics with warehouses, vendors and freight forwarders
  • Ensure compliance with importation and shipping documentation
  • Monitoring and improvement of shipping performance and resolution of escalated issues
  • Leadership of purchasing activities for internal and external goods/services
  • Generation and management of purchase requisitions and orders in ERP
  • Coordination of replenishment of capital accessories and tracking of overdue ISOs
  • Preparation of forecasts and participation in Demand and Supply Consensus Meetings
  • Key liaison for vendor and internal purchasing communications
  • Mentorship of junior team members and support for cross-functional collaboration
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements across supply chain functions
  • Contribution to strategic planning and decision-making with supply chain leadership
