Supply Chain Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead our operations in ANZ. As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing capital order fulfillment processes and driving strategic improvements across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of complex supply chain operations, including inventory planning, order management, logistics coordination, and purchasing.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of capital orders.
  • Driving strategic improvements across the supply chain through data analysis and process optimization.

Inventory Management:

  • Leading inventory planning for capital orders through S&OP processes.
  • Managing ERP inventory tasks: SOH checks, ISOs, redeployments, reservations, and scheduling.
  • Presenting capital inventory reports at monthly Executive S&OP meetings.

Order Management:

  • Overseeing review and status updates of all capital orders.
  • Collaborating with customer service and project managers on critical installations.

Logistics:

  • Managing inbound and outbound logistics with warehouses, vendors, and freight forwarders.
  • Ensuring compliance with importation and shipping documentation.
  • Monitoring and improving shipping performance and resolving escalated issues.

Purchasing:

  • Leading purchasing activities for internal and external goods/services.
  • Generating and managing purchase requisitions and orders in ERP.
  • Coordinating replenishment of capital accessories and tracking overdue ISOs.
  • Preparing forecasts and leading Demand and Supply Consensus Meetings.
  • Acting as a key liaison for vendor and internal purchasing communications.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements across supply chain functions.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and decision-making with supply chain leadership.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or related discipline.
  • 4+ years' experience in supply chain operations, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Proven expertise in inventory control, logistics, purchasing, and forecasting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent).
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones with global vendors.
