About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator – Learning to join our Talent team. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in delivering learning experiences that empower our employees to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and managing our Learning Management System (LMS) from set-up, content updates, quality checks, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Supporting our people by resolving learning-related enquiries, ensuring smooth onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding experiences.
  • Collaborating and connecting with P&C and IT teams to coordinate system changes, process improvements, and testing.
  • Maintaining self-service resources, updating learning modules, and ensuring the right information is in the right place at the right time.
  • Enabling the business and wider Talent initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • Demonstrated experience in a Learning Administrator or similar role.
  • Confidence working with P&C systems such as LMS, SuccessFactors, SNOW, or similar.
  • An eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
