As a Client Success Manager, you will play a vital role in driving growth and improving client retention for our global payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our travel sales team to develop strategies and execute tactics that increase client base growth, improve retention, and drive revenue through upselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure their success with our payment solutions.
- Develop tailored strategies to maximize money moved and increase revenue for each business client through up-selling.
- Provide regular business reviews to clients, offering analytics and additional reporting mechanisms to support their growth.
- Collaborate with our business team to standardize methodologies for client onboarding.
- Deliver expert guidance and education to merchants on their global payments strategy, becoming a trusted payment advisor.
- Stay up-to-date with all services provided by the company and maintain professional relationships with clients at all times.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management or similar roles.
- Proven track record in inside sales, handling customer objections and leading customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills are essential for this role.
- Multiple language proficiency is a plus, as well as experience with tools like Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk.
- Willingsness to travel 25% of the time.
