Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Home Assurance Coordinator to join our team. As a Home Assurance Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers after they move into their new homes.

You'll oversee the moving parts behind each job, coordinating inspections, managing job bookings, and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

Working closely with our Home Assurance Inspectors and trades, you'll ensure warranty work is scheduled and completed efficiently, while keeping the customer experience front of mind.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service and Administration Skills
  • Excellent Organisation and Time Management
  • Great Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Confidence in Coordinating Job Allocations and Multi-Tasking
