Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Specialist.

About the Role

This role focuses on delivering exceptional person-centred support to clients in their own homes. As a Home Care Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with daily living tasks
  • Assist clients with medication management and other healthcare needs
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be working closely with clients and colleagues to provide a high-quality service that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications (e.g. EN, RN, OT, Physio)
  • Knowledge and understanding of aged care, disability, or home and community care
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
