Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Promoting a positive and productive work environment
  • Maintaining accurate HR records
  • Cooling with the Health and Safety team to ensure HR policies align with on-site safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Certifications in Workplace Health and Safety (e.g., White Card) preferred
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in HR roles, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industry standards
  • Expertise in HR trends and best practices
  • Ability to plan and implement HR initiatives to support project success
  • Experience with HR management systems for tracking employee records, timesheets, and data
