About the RoleAs an experienced manager, you will oversee a team of educators, guiding them to develop their skills and create engaging programs using industry-leading tools. Your leadership expertise will also enable you to build strong relationships within the school community.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support your team of educators
- Develop and implement engaging programs with industry-leading tools
- Build positive relationships within the school community
- Mentor educators to enhance their skills
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks
**Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in childcare/OSHC management preferred but not essential
- Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
- Willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check
