Senior Estimator- Civil Infrastructure Construction Expert

About the Role
We're seeking experienced Senior Estimators to join our teams supporting diverse construction projects across the USA. This role involves leading estimating teams, developing cost estimates from drawings and specifications, and meeting and negotiating costs with Contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
- Provide leadership to cost management teams, ensuring timely delivery of accountabilities.
- Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Negotiate costs with Contractors.
- Utilize estimating tools, including industry software and benchmarking.
- Produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clients.
- Contribute to value engineering initiatives and approve final accounts.
- Identify improvements for cost management procedures, templates, and products.
- Perform estimating, analysis, and verification of contractor costs.
- Manage cost checks and valuations on larger projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure construction estimation.
- Excellent knowledge of civils, structural, and architectural systems.
- Leadership experience, with ability to manage teams.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with multiple project phases.
- Relevant cost management/estimating credentials (AACE, ASPE, RICS).

Salary Information
The salary range for this full-time role is $100,000 - $185,000 per year, reflecting base salary only. Please note that Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
