We are seeking an experienced Specialist Surgeon to join our team and lead a multidisciplinary group providing high-quality surgical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee the provision of specialist surgical services to patients, ensuring adherence to national and state performance standards.
  • Promote patient safety and quality care through effective leadership and education.
  • To work closely with the Head of Department and other Consultants to achieve clinical practice targets and improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to junior medical staff.

Requirements
  • Degree in Medicine or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration as a Medical Practitioner with the relevant authority.
  • Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team and providing specialist surgical services.
