Job Description

We are seeking an experienced surgical support specialist to join our team, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff during robotic-assisted joint replacement surgeries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, offering expertise and support to surgeons and hospital staff.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during complex orthopaedic procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
Requirements:
  • Strong clinical background and passion for surgical innovation and excellence.
  • Confident in fast-paced theatre settings, with excellent communication skills to build trust with surgeons and hospital teams.
  • Technically savvy with software and medical technology, able to adapt to new systems and processes.
