Job Opportunity in Surgical Innovations

A career opportunity exists for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting surgical innovations, selecting and training surgeons, and building relationships with local faculty and proctors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote surgical techniques and technologies through various channels.
  • Identify and vet surgeons or candidates for training, ensuring successful product adoption within the surgical community.
  • Organise and facilitate training courses and workshops in collaboration with local faculty and proctors to enhance proficiency and knowledge of products.
  • Build and manage relationships with local faculty and proctors to strengthen our network and brand.
  • Ensure that our technologies are readily available and accessible to surgeons within relevant hospitals in our targeted region.

Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device sales, and/or operating theatre experience.
  • Strong business acumen with a history of high performance and professionalism.
  • Proven history of sales and KPI performance and achievement.
  • Knowledge of laparoscopic surgical specialties and products.
  • Strong existing relationships within the Operating Theatre landscape of the region.
  • Knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand healthcare systems and dynamics.
  • Passion for healthcare with the zest and drive to create positive change.
  • Ability to travel as required.
