Orthopaedic Surgical Solutions Specialist

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional surgical solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team. This key role will focus on supporting orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using Stryker's Mako system.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and have experience working in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with medical technology and software is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with surgeons and hospital teams.
- Serve as the in-theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, providing technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
- Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
- Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
