Orthopedic Surgical Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our joint replacement team as an Orthopedic Surgical Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff during Mako-assisted procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
- Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
- Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
- Travel across areas to support multiple hospital sites.
- A strong background in clinical sciences and a passion for surgical innovation.
- Confident in surgical/theatre settings.
- Technically savvy with software and medical technology.
- Poised individuals who can build trust with surgeons and hospital teams.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
