
Regional Performance Leader

The Area Manager oversees financial performance of multiple stores, ensuring sustainable growth while staying within allocated resources.
This multifaceted role will wear many hats ranging from recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing store leaders, fostering a culture of empowerment and teamwork.
You will drive exceptional customer service by coaching store teams to create a world-class shopping experience, ensuring adherence to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
Key responsibilities include analyzing store performance, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs), managing store rosters, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.

Additionally, the Area Manager will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, manage employee relations, and contribute to creating an engaging and supportive workplace.
