Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking talented Rehabilitation Consultants to join our team. This role will be based in Western NSW, with a flexible hybrid working environment (post probation). Our rehabilitation provider delivers best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services across all personal injury schemes.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of guiding clients through their rehabilitation journey, leveraging your expertise to make a lasting difference. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client portfolios with commitment and care
  • Establishing collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
  • Conducting vocational and non-vocational assessments to inform client plans
  • Contributing to a supportive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and appreciated

What we're looking for:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
