Job Description

Infinity, Sydney Tower is a stunning workplace offering incredible revolving views of the city skyline and harbour. As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead a team in a fine beverage establishment, delivering premium quality service and goods.

The role involves supervising a team, providing leadership and problem-solving skills, working five days per week - Monday to Sunday, and having flexibility, clear communication, and customer service skills. You will also be responsible for creating custom cocktails, pairing food and beverage, and keeping up-to-date with current beverage trends.

This position requires work across multi-outlets including restaurant service, events, and functions. The successful candidate will have exceptional grooming and pride in presentation, as well as easy access to public transport for occasional early starts and regular late finishes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a cocktail bar
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and willing attitude
  • Creativity to customise cocktails and keep up-to-date with current beverage trends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results
