About the Role:

Your expertise will extend beyond creating unique cocktails to encompass strategic pricing, cost management, staff supervision, and supplier relations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a captivating cocktail menu that reflects creativity, expertise, and market trends
  • Pricing cocktails strategically to ensure a competitive yet profitable menu while effectively managing the cost of sales
  • Conducting regular stock takes and implementing efficient inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
  • Leading and mentoring a team of bartenders, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and sourcing premium ingredients to elevate the quality and uniqueness of our cocktail offerings
