**About the Role**

We are seeking a Bar Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth bar operations, and driving business success. As part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing a positive work environment and demonstrating effective time management.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role in fine dining, with a proven track record of achieving business goals and financial targets. You will also possess excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails, and mixology, as well as the ability to design and cost bar menus, functions, special events, and canapé menus.

As a motivated and creative individual, you will be able to think outside the box while coaching and developing a team. Managing associated bar costs, including wages, recruitment, and general administration duties, is also essential for this role.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality customer service, has significant supervisory experience in fine dining, and is able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
