The Role

We're looking for a Bar Supervisor ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. You'll work closely with management to run smooth daily operations, lead shifts, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.

This role comes with a clear progression plan, including future management opportunities within Bar 1880 and our upcoming venues.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and motivate the bar team during service
  • Maintain high venue and service standards
  • Drive new menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
  • Monitor industry trends to keep us ahead
  • Support the manager with daily operations and team development

About You

We'd love to meet you if you are:

  • Passionate about hospitality, cocktails, and guest experience
  • A confident leader with at least 2 years bartending/supervisory experience
  • Reliable, approachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, with ambition to grow into management
