You'll work with many of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies, and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals in the global market.

  • You'll identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other service teams to deliver an integrated approach to our clients before, during, and after the transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/pro forma financial information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and structuring.
  • Work with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.
  • Assist partners and directors with business development activities and initiatives, contributing to proposals and new business opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics is required. Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent is also needed.
  • Strong Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis are essential.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment are important.
  • Highly analytical individuals who enjoy solving deal value questions within short deal timelines are encouraged to apply.
