Senior Financial Analyst

Are you a financial expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in financial modeling and analysis?

  • As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing reliable financial models and delivering clear analysis to senior management.
  • You will work closely with technical, operational, and finance teams to develop financial models that facilitate decision-making and clearly present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Key areas of accountability include:

  • Life of Asset (LOA): You will work with regional finance and technical teams to deliver LOA valuations and present them to senior management.
  • Financial due diligence: You will develop vendor financial models and assess buy-side opportunities, making recommendations to the global Metals CEO/CFO and, where necessary, to senior management.
  • Capital projects: You will work closely with capital projects teams to develop valuation models and assess options to support the business case and prioritize capital deployment.
  • Transformation projects: You will turn complex data into information that can be used for decision-making by senior management.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • CA/CPA qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in a large organization working in a similar role, preferably at a Big 4 accounting firm
