Exciting Marketing and Fundraising Opportunity

This is a unique chance for a creative marketing and communications specialist with a mix of B2B and B2C experience to join 4C Recruitment Solutions in their disability services sector role. As a hybrid position, you will spend two days a week in the office, working under the Director of Fundraising & Marketing.

The successful candidate will have autonomy, challenges, teamwork opportunities, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in this national charity. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing budgets, coordinating social media efforts, and collaborating with the fundraising and marketing teams on various projects.

Essential criteria for this role include tertiary qualifications, at least three to five years of relevant experience, excellent communication and project planning skills, acquisition planning expertise in both B2B and B2C markets, and NFP industry knowledge. Additionally, you must be able to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract and possess a collaborative, creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
