Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer interactions with professionalism and poise.
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer commitments are met.
- Support the Contact Centre with excellent telephone skills and adhere to rostered start and break times.
- Enter customer orders into the ERPLX system promptly and maintain high order accuracy rates.
- Accurately record customer interactions and information in Microsoft Dynamics.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the irrigation/plumbing industry is advantageous but not essential.
