Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex customer interactions with professionalism and poise.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer commitments are met.
  • Support the Contact Centre with excellent telephone skills and adhere to rostered start and break times.
  • Enter customer orders into the ERPLX system promptly and maintain high order accuracy rates.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and information in Microsoft Dynamics.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the irrigation/plumbing industry is advantageous but not essential.
