
Customer Experience Technical Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Technical Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical support, training, and collaboration with suppliers and partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technical innovation and customer satisfaction. You will have the chance to make a real impact on our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvement and growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for our equipment range. You will also create and deliver training programs for our customers, sales reps, and partners, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to get the most out of our products.
You will collaborate with suppliers and brand partners to stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments, and assist with product testing, prototype evaluations, and new product introductions. Additionally, you will build and maintain a comprehensive library of product specs, service information, and technical resources.
Your expertise will help us track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs. If you have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical/hydraulic equipment, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.
Requirements- A basic understanding of petrol/diesel engines, mechanical systems, and electrical/hydraulic equipment
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to all types of audiences
- An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and a valid Australian driver's license
- Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally overseas
