Join Our Team As A Global Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team in Macquarie Park, Sydney. As a Global Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a passionate team of specialist Service Representatives within our New South Wales region.

About The Role:

  • Lead a team of Field Service professionals across our growing New South Wales operations
  • Manage team performance, development, and resource allocation to enhance delivery
  • Frequently interact with customers, focusing on account management and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer outcomes and ensure growth across emerging markets
  • Play a key technical role, acting as a best practice model for systems, internal processes, and tool utilization
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on project status, business performance, financials, and other key metrics
  • Contribute to workforce planning, subcontractor resource management, special projects, and proactive business improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (A Grade Electrical or similar Technical Trade) coupled with proven experience in a similar leadership position
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing technical resources
  • Sound project management skills and demonstrated operational delivery expertise
  • Intermediate IT skills, with previous experience analyzing data to shape decisions and generating reports
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities and a proven ability to navigate complex challenges
