Leadership Opportunity in Leisure Facility Management

We seek a seasoned leader to take charge of our dynamic team at an aquatic and recreation centre.

The Assistant Centre Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the centre, driving results and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of recreation and aquatic facilities covered by the contract.

The facility boasts cutting-edge infrastructure, including indoor and outdoor pools, a health and fitness centre, and more, offering endless opportunities for innovation and growth.

The Role:

This key position demands strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, develop others, and drive attendance and program participation. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, sales acumen, and the ability to achieve targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industry sectors such as Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, or Business.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with WHS and risk guidelines, including Safe Pool Operations and NSW Health regulations.

  • Royal Life Saving Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate
