About our Centre

We are seeking a seasoned Early Education professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who wants to work collaboratively with the Centre Manager to drive the success of our centre and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact and create a positive work environment for their team, families, and children. They will work closely with the Centre Manager to build a high-performing team and develop innovative programs that encourage children to be independent learners and develop their resilience and self-awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging programming that fosters children's independence and promotes their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a supportive and inclusive community.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual with:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven leadership experience in an early childhood environment.
  • A current Working with Children check.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Australian working rights.
