Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Centre Manager to lead our team. As a leader in early childhood education, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations, budget management, and administration requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a long day care centre in a leadership role, with sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF. They will also possess excellent communication skills, financial accountability experience, and adaptability in responding to change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily operations, budget management, and administration requirements
  • Manage enquiries and centre tours
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, children, and community services
  • Lead a diverse team of early childhood professionals

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education (ACECQA approved or working towards)
  • Prior experience working in a long day care centre in a leadership role
  • Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Financial accountability experience
